Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Furniture
Carefully disassemble your items and place them back into their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture sets, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
